The former Sydney headquarters of Swarovski – manufacturer of high-quality crystal jewellery and accessories – formed the centrepiece of a tasteful residential conversion called Verde in Rosebery, Sydney City Fringe Suburb. Designed by renowned architects Environa Studio, the Rosebery development represents a perfect balance of heritage conservation and modern-day liveability. Cemento Group's excellence in restructuring a look and feel warehouse type setting was a grand achievment.
